3Your bowls

Let the kitchen chooseA different bowl each day, balanced across the week. You can still swap any evening. The Everyday Green every dayThe lightest bowl we make, and the one people come back to.Anaar & Grain every daySlow carbohydrate and real iron, without the afternoon crash.Protein Restore every dayPortioned for the day you trained, not the day you meant to.Seed & Oat Cookie every dayFor the three o'clock slump and the walk home from the gym. Oats let their energy out slowly and the peanut butter, nuts and seeds hold it steady, so the afternoon stays level instead of spiking and dropping. Baked the same morning, never from a packet.

4How you would like to pay

Bank transfer, monthly in advancePlans are paid by transfer before the month starts. We show you the account details on the next screen, with your plan number. Send the receipt on WhatsApp and your first delivery is booked.

Cash on delivery is available on single orders, not on plans — it is what keeps the plan price lower than buying bowl by bowl.
